hey all! so, despite the frequency of my posts, i have been busy....seriously! :-) lot's of neat things happening....more to come later. but, i did want to tell you about a gig i played last weekend in my hometown....the thriving metropolis that is FAIRFIELD CALIFORNIA! oh yeah babe. a couple months back, my good friend asked me if our band at church would be interested in playing the annual tomato festival. now, i know what you're thinking...."tomato festival....what on earth do you do at a tomato festival??? and why on earth would you want to play a concert at a place that openly offers tomatos to the spectators???"
you get why i was a little apprehensive right?
but i showed up any ways. what a trooper huh? :-) actually it was pretty fun....someone in the audience even fought his way through the crowd to get to the front of the stage to offer me this jem!
no kidding! i'm official now huh? :-)
anyhow, we had a blast....sharon took some cool shots...so, here you go. thanks so much to the great folks that play music with me....derrick, lorice, randy, nate and bill. you guys are the greatest!
